It's amazing how much water we actually use each day. From watering the courtyard, to newly bought trees and flowers, garden, to laundry, and dishwasher to each lengthy flush. I remember in college for a geology class we had to record our daily use of waters written in a log per gallon. I remembe that flushing was of astronomical use so now I night I don't flush untill the morning. In times of drought and fire it makes you think about even more so  just how precious fresh clean water is. Our aquifors in Florida is a precious resource taken advantage of. I use the Google timer on each watering I do now. It's important to not let that one go out of hand.
